If you right click on the clock at the bottom right hand corner of your screen, after that you choose "adjust date and time" And click on "Time zone" at the top it will have a picture of the earth, and about that would be were you live, if you click on the arrow next to it and find were you live it will say what GMT you are in, hope this helps.
