| Here, in the F.I.S.H. guide for secret agents, there is a weird secret about the night vision goggles. Look:  The tic-tac-toe code translates this into "Solar Powered". This is odd because: what is the use of solar powered night vision goggles if you only use them in the dark? Edit: The image works now.

| Well the image doesn't work but i know what you mean, i never knew it sais solar powered, good find, but i think it was to do with the mission because the solar power turned off and you needed to use your night vision goggles. | |
